Dr. Allan J. Milewski

A lifelong resident of northeastern Ohio, Dr. Allan J. Milewski opened his private family dental practice in 1985. He graduated from Miami University with a dual degree in chemistry and microbiology, and then went on to earn his dental degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He has served as a clinical instructor at Case Western Reserve University College of Dentistry.

A member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Milewski has held local leadership positions including president of the Medina County Dental Society.

Dr. Milewski is an active member of his community. He participates annually in local education efforts during National Dental Health Month and Give Kids a Smile Day. Dr. Milewski has been a youth sports coach and Cub Scout leader. He is a eucharistic minister at his church, St. Francis Xavier.

Dr. Milewski is an avid steelhead fisherman, who always has fishing stories about the one that got away. He enjoys theatre, sports and gardening. Dr. Milewski was the proud father of the bride last summer at his daughter Kathleen's wedding, and enjoys golfing and fishing with his two boys. He and his wife Mary Kay take ballroom dancing lessons and vow to one day actually remember the dance steps they learn.

Our Team

Kathleen R.D.H. has been a registered dental hygienist for thirty years. She is a dedicated professional who provides our patients with excellent hygiene care. Her warm personality and sense of humor put patients immediately at ease. Kathleen is committed to helping our patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile, and believes in continually educating our patients about the importance of healthy teeth and gums.

Kathleen received her associate degree in dental hygiene from Cuyahoga Community College.

In her few minutes of spare time, Kathleen enjoys music, sports and gardening. She loves being with her husband and three children and with her fun loving extended family.

Kim has been a registered dental hygienist since 1991. Known for her gentle touch and soothing personality, Kim provides our patients with a comfortable, thorough hygiene visit. From senior citizens to toddlers, Kim provides each and every patient with the best possible care and is an excellent educator about how to keep teeth and gums in great health.

Kim holds an associate degree in dental hygiene from Cuyahoga Community College, and a Bachelors Degree in Technical Education from the University of Akron.

Kim is a serious equestrian who enjoys both training and riding horses. She also enjoys precious time spent with her family

Trish is our Expanded Function Dental Assistant, (EFDA) which means she works right alongside Dr. Milewski restoring patient’s teeth. Tricia has 21 years of experience in the dental field and is a graduate of the EFDA program at The Ohio State University. The EFDA certification is a very competitive program available to only the best dental assistants. Deeply committed to excellent patient care, Trish maintains the highest standards in sterilization and infection control, and makes sure that each patient is made to feel comfortable and relaxed.

Outside of the office, Trish enjoys boating, exercising and is a fantastic cook! Watch out, Trish loves bragging about the Pittsburgh Steelers!

Donna, our Financial Coordinator, is also an expert in the administrative end of our practice. With over fourteen years of experience in the dental field, she can answer any questions you may have regarding treatment, help you schedule your appointments at a convenient time, manage your insurance, and help to make your treatment affordable.

Known to our patients as a warm caring professional, Donna is committed to helping you feel comfortable with all aspects of your dental care.

Donna is a baseball nut, whose grandfather played for the Cleveland Indians. She enjoys gardening, exercising, sports and reading. Donna is also the proud grandmother of the two most handsome and intelligent baby boys in the world!

Cindy, Our Treatment Coordinator, has worked in the dental field for over fifteen years. As our Treatment Coordinator and Insurance Expert, Cindy is our go to person with any questions about treatment or insurance coverage. She is committed to helping our patients understand their dental care, and utilize their insurance benefits. With her cheery voice and can do attitude, Cindy is always available to answer your treatment or insurance questions and to work with you to make your treatment convenient and affordable.

Cindy is a dog lover (she has five!) who has a soft spot for Labrador retrievers. She also enjoys scrap booking and rubber-stamping.

Julie, a registered dental assitant, works alongside Dr. Milewski and our hygientists, helping to make your visit a comfortable experience. A 2009 graduate of the Medina Career Center, Julie's warm personality brings a youthful perspective to our office. A movie aficienado, Julie is our resident movie lover! Try to stump her with movie trivia...it's difficult to do!

Mary Kay Milewski,  has been married to Dr. Milewski for 26 years! Mary Kay manages accounts payable and general practice administration.

She holds both a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Communication from Miami University. She has over 25 years experience as a Human Resource Manager and over 15 years experience in Dental Office Management.

In addition to managing the dental practice, Mary Kay is an instructor at the University of Akron, teaching management skills to professionals in the Workforce Development Department. Mary Kay does onsite consulting and teaching of management skills to a wide variety of businesses, both in the manufacturing and the service sector, as well as dental and medical offices. Mary Kay enjoys learning anything new, techno gizmos, and spending time with her family and friends. An avid bird watcher, Mary Kay was very excited to see an eagle outside the Medina Recreation Center this spring!  She is happiest when she manages to beat Dr. Milewski in Jeopardy (which doesn't happen often)!.
