Cari, Dental Hygienist
Cari joined our practice in June of 2017 and what a fantastic addition she has been! Her caring personality and excellent clinical skills have received raved reviews from our patients. A graduate of Walsh University, and Youngstown State University , Cari comes from a dental family...her father was a beloved dentist in Ashland for many years. Cari and her husband have two young daughters who keep them both very busy. Cari and her family attend New Life Community Church in Ashland, Ohio. She is a huge fan of both the Cavs and Celtics. In her free time (does a mom actually have free time?) Cari enjoys bike riding and being with her husband and girls.
Veronica, Expanded Function Dental Auxillary
Dr. Milewski calls Veronica his right hand for good reason! Veronica is our Expanded Function Dental Auxillary. An EFDA is a certified Dental Assistant who has advanced training and is board certified to place restorations under Dr. Milewski's supervision. A highly skilled technician with an artist's deft touch, Veronica has helped hundreds of our patients improve the beauty and function of their smiles! Veronica speaks five languages: Moldavian, Russian, Ukranian, Romanian and English, and often provides translation services for our patients. Always ready with a smile or a joke, Veronica has two boys who are rapidly becoming taller than she is. In her spare time, she loves reading, sewing and eating chocolate.
Faye, Financial Coordinator
Faye, our Financial Coordinator, is your go to person in the administrative end of our practice. Her cheery voice will often be the first voice you hear on the phone and she can answer any questions you may have regarding treatment, help you schedule your appointments at a convenient time, manage your insurance, and help to make your treatment affordable.
Known to our patients as a warm, caring professional, Faye is committed to helping you feel comfortable with all aspects of your dental care.
An avid reader of mystery and suspense books, Faye enjoys time with her family, baking and doing crafts, especially sewing.
Courtney, Treatment Coordinator
Courtney is our wonderful Treatment Coordinator. Courtney is a registered dental assistant, who has over ten years of experience in the dental field. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Dental Care, Courtney can help you understand your treatment plan and get you scheduled in a timely manner. All of you Steelers fans out there will be happy to hear that Courtney has been an avid Steelers Fan her whole life. A proud mom an adorable little girl, Courtney describes herself as a homebody, who loves watching TV with her husband and being with her family!
Mary Kay, Practice Administrator
Mary Kay Milewski is Dr. Milewski's wife. She manages accounts payable and general practice administration, including social media.
Mary Kay holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in communication from Miami University. She has over 25 years of experience as a human resource manager and over 30 years of experience in dental office management.
In addition to managing Medina Family Dentistry, Mary Kay is an instructor at the University of Akron, teaching management skills to professionals in the Workforce Development Department. Mary Kay does onsite consulting and teaching of management skills to a wide variety of businesses, both in the manufacturing and the service sector, as well as dental and medical offices. Mary Kay enjoys learning anything new, techno gizmos, and spending time with her family and friends. An avid bird watcher, Mary Kay was very excited to see eagles in Medina County! She is happiest when she manages to beat Dr. Milewski in Jeopardy (which doesn't happen often)!
